Topic: How the AI works

Where does the AI get prices and stock from?

From the store data you add in the dashboard: your product list with prices, variants and stock, plus your FAQ and store rules. Admin Canggih, the AI admin by Canggih.AI, answers with that data. Anything that isn't in your data isn't made up; the chat goes to your admin.

  • Using Jubelio? Stock can follow your Jubelio warehouse.
  • The fuller the catalog, the fewer chats go to an admin.
