- Stock flows one way, from Jubelio to Canggih. Prices and product names aren't matched.
- Products whose SKU isn't found in Jubelio don't get their stock updated, and their orders can't go to Jubelio.
- Promo discounts aren't passed on to the order in Jubelio yet. Check the total in Jubelio when an order used a promo.
- If Jubelio can't be reached at checkout, the order still goes through on the last stock number in Canggih.
- Only orders for physical goods go to Jubelio. Orders for services and digital products aren't sent.

What does the Jubelio integration do in Admin Canggih?
The Jubelio integration connects Admin Canggih to your Jubelio warehouse. Each product's stock in Canggih follows the number in one Jubelio warehouse, matched by the same SKU. When the AI creates an order, it checks the stock with Jubelio one more time. Once the customer pays, the order lands in Jubelio as a paid order, ready for the warehouse to process, with the items, shipping cost and address.
Does stock in Canggih change when stock in Jubelio changes?
Yes, when Stock sync mode is set to Active. Each product's stock in Canggih is matched to the number in the one Jubelio warehouse you pick, by SKU. The check runs regularly, and you can run it any time with the Check now button. Only stock is matched; prices and product names stay under your control in Canggih.
How do WhatsApp orders show up in Jubelio?
As paid orders, so they sit straight in the Siap Proses (ready to process) queue. Each one carries the items and quantities by SKU, prices, shipping cost, the customer's name, number and address, the courier, and a payment note. If you enter a waybill in Canggih, or a JNE waybill is made from Canggih, the number is attached to that order.
Do I need a payment gateway for orders to reach Jubelio?
No. What goes to Jubelio is an order that has been paid. AI orders paid through the payment link are marked paid on their own. Orders paid by bank transfer that you verify in the dashboard are sent too, once verified. Manual sales that you record and mark paid yourself are not sent, so they don't double up with what you already entered in Jubelio.
What if the SKUs in Canggih and Jubelio are different?
Products are matched by exactly the same SKU. A product whose SKU isn't found doesn't get its stock updated, and its orders can't be sent to Jubelio. The easiest fix: import your products straight from Jubelio on the Products in Jubelio page, so the SKUs match from the start.
Can I try it without real orders landing in Jubelio?
Yes. Stock has a Preview mode that only shows the differences without changing any numbers. Order sending has three settings, Off, Test run and Active, and orders are only really sent in Active, after you confirm. The Canggih team can walk you through a test run before you switch it fully on.
Is it safe to connect my Jubelio account to Canggih?
When you connect, your Jubelio login is checked with Jubelio first. The password is stored encrypted and is only used by the system to read stock and send your store's orders. If you change your Jubelio password, sign in again from the same page to reconnect.
