Add your origin address, tick your couriers
Open shipping settings, fill in your origin address down to district, sub-district and postal code, then tick the couriers you use. Using instant couriers? Drop a pin for your store on the map too.
The buyer asks about shipping or checks out
The buyer just names their city or district. If the place name is unclear, the AI can ask for the district first so the destination is right.
The AI offers courier options
The AI checks rates on the spot, then sends every courier option with its price and delivery estimate. Buyer only wants one courier? The options get filtered.
Shipping goes straight into the total
The chosen courier goes into the order recap, on to payment, then gets logged on the Sales page.

- The AI's shipping rate is the courier's rate at the moment the buyer asks. It can still be adjusted when the order is created, for example if the destination or order weight gets corrected.
- Admin Canggih doesn't book couriers. JNE waybills can be created from orders if your store has a JNE API account. Once the tracking number is saved in the dashboard, the buyer gets a WhatsApp message with the number and a tracking button.
- The Starter plan uses regular couriers. Instant couriers are only on the Business and Growth plans.
- Shipping can only be calculated once your origin address (down to district and sub-district) and active couriers are filled in. Instant couriers also need your store's pin on the map.
- The AI can't hand out free shipping on a whim. The system rejects orders for physical goods with zero shipping, unless they're picked up or a promo you set up covers the shipping.
- This feature is for stores that ship physical goods. Selling digital products, or using the AI only to answer questions? You don't need shipping rates.

What are automatic shipping rates on WhatsApp?
Automatic shipping rates on WhatsApp means the buyer asks about shipping in the chat and the AI does the math. Admin Canggih takes your store's origin address, the destination from the buyer's chat and the order weight from your catalog. It then checks the rates of the couriers you've turned on, right then, offers every option with its price and delivery estimate, and adds the chosen rate to the order total. You never have to type a shipping amount.
How do I set up automatic shipping rates on WhatsApp?
Connect your business WhatsApp number to Admin Canggih, fill in your origin address and turn on the couriers you use. That's it. Whenever a buyer asks about shipping or checks out, the AI takes the destination from the chat, the system works out the weight from your catalog, and courier rates are checked on the spot. Is there a free automatic shipping rate tool for WhatsApp?
Shipping rates in Admin Canggih aren't a standalone free app. The feature comes with every plan (Starter, Business and Growth), starting with Starter at Rp 1,500,000 a month. Prices exclude VAT (PPN). Self setup is free. If you want the Canggih team to set it up end to end (Express Integration), it costs Rp 1,000,000. Which couriers can it calculate rates for?
Regular couriers you can turn on: JNE, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja, TIKI, Pos Indonesia, Lion Parcel, Ninja Xpress, SAP, Wahana and RPX. Instant couriers: GoSend, GrabExpress and Lalamove. The AI only offers the couriers you've ticked in shipping settings, so buyers never see an option your store doesn't use. If a buyer asks for one specific courier, the AI can filter the options.
Can it calculate instant couriers like GoSend, GrabExpress or Lalamove?
Yes, on the Business and Growth plans. Instant courier rates are based on distance, so your store needs a pin on the map and the AI needs the buyer's location. The buyer just shares their location on WhatsApp or pastes a Google Maps link, and the system turns it into coordinates. For orders over 20 kg, motorbike couriers aren't offered.
What is shipping based on, and why might it be off?
Shipping is calculated from your store's origin address, the buyer's destination and the order weight from your catalog, using the courier's rate at the moment the buyer asks. It can be off if the catalog weight isn't accurate, the destination isn't specific enough, or the courier changes its rates. So fill in each variant's weight carefully. If a city name is ambiguous, the AI can ask for the district first. Shipping can also still be adjusted when the order is created.
Do I need my own RajaOngkir account or API?
No. Regular courier rates come from RajaOngkir through Admin Canggih's system, so you don't need to sign up or add an API key yourself. You never type shipping amounts either. All you fill in is your origin address, your active couriers, a location pin if you use instant couriers, and product weights in your catalog.
Does the AI also book couriers and create waybills?
It doesn't book couriers. Admin Canggih calculates shipping and adds it to the order, but booking the courier is still up to you, and the AI doesn't track packages itself. JNE waybills can be created from orders if your store has a JNE API account and the Canggih team has enabled access. Once you save the tracking number or link in the dashboard, the buyer gets a WhatsApp message right away with the number and a button to track the package.
