Can the AI's tone match my store?
Yes. In the AI Character menu (Karakter AI) of the Canggih.AI dashboard, you pick a speaking style from casual to formal, set a welcome message and write custom instructions for your store. Admin Canggih still answers from your store data; only the style follows your choice.
