Topic: How the AI works

Can I take over a chat from the AI?

Yes, anytime. Open the chat in the Canggih.AI dashboard and take it over (Ambil Alih Langsung), and Admin Canggih's AI stops replying in that chat. When you're done, hand it back to the AI agent (Kembalikan ke AI Agent).
