Where are orders from chats recorded?
On the Sales page (Penjualan) of the Canggih.AI dashboard. Every order a customer confirms with Admin Canggih gets an ORD- number, with the items, shipping, address and payment status. You can download the data to Excel.

Good to know
- Paid through a gateway: marked paid and stock updated.
- Manual transfers are verified from the order details.
- Add a tracking number, the customer gets a message and button.
- Sales from outside the chat can be logged by hand.
