Is shipping calculated automatically in the chat?

Yes. Admin Canggih calculates shipping from your store's origin address to the customer's address, then offers the couriers you've turned on in the Canggih.AI dashboard, with prices and delivery estimates. The option the customer picks goes straight into the order total.
